In der Vorstandssitzung des 1. Simmeringer Sportclubs vom&nbsp;<strong>03.02.2026<\/strong>&nbsp;wurde \u00fcber die vorliegenden Mitgliedsantr\u00e4ge daher abgestimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei haben sich das Pr\u00e4sidium des Vereins sowie die gem\u00e4\u00df\u00a0<strong>\u00a7 11 Abs. 12<\/strong>\u00a0vom Pr\u00e4sidium geladenen und mit Stimmrecht versehenen Teilnehmer\u00a0<strong>mehrheitlich (5 zu 3 Stimmen)<\/strong>\u00a0gegen die Aufnahme der neu beantragten Mitgliedschaften ab 11\/2025 entschieden. Die betroffen <strong>Mitgliedsantr\u00e4ge wurden daher abgelehnt<\/strong>; eine Mitgliedschaft ist nicht zustande gekommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aus diesem Grund besteht&nbsp;<strong>kein Stimmrecht<\/strong>&nbsp;in Vereinsangelegenheiten, insbesondere nicht bei der Generalversammlung am&nbsp;<strong>11.02.2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gem\u00e4\u00df <strong>\u00a7 9 Abs. 4<\/strong> Geben wir einen fristgerecht eingelangten Wahlvorschlag f\u00fcr die kommende Generalversammlung bekannt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rutti.at\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Wahlvorschlag_1SSC_2026_page-0001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28939\" style=\"width:823px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df den Vereinstatuten&nbsp;\u00a7 5 Abs. 2&nbsp;entscheidet der Vorstand \u00fcber die Aufnahme neuer Mitglieder.
